Hand washing sinks for the beauty industry »
Teal’s mobile beauty units include the Hygienius, CliniWash and the Super Stallette – both of which can be positioned near any standard power socket. The HandSpa is not intended to be moved around, but just needs a normal power supply. The highly portable Handeman Xtra Portable can be carried to wherever it’s needed.
Introducing the Super Stallette
Portable, practical and cost-effective – the Super Stallette is ideal for providing cutting edge hot water hand washing facilities wherever they are needed. Hands free: placing your hands in the bowl triggers the wash cycle and the sensor will start to flash indicating that the water is being heated to the required temperature of 40°C – 43°C.
Crucial in salons and retail outlets
Practising good hand hygiene can be tough in a busy salon or when travelling between customers. However, if professionals in the industry want to have a reputation for high standards and excellence in hygiene, it’s important they have constant access to hand washing facilities.
With 80% of bacteria and diseases spread by touch, there are high risks of cross-contamination between clients and practitioner and their tools which makes good hand hygiene essential.
Access to running water is often overlooked due to the use of single-use gloves and sanitisers but these are renowned for being much less effective at achieving proper hand hygiene than simple soap and running water.
